Taking proper medications on time will keep diabetes on control thereby controlling your hair loss.

It is good to wait for sometime for things to settle. Do exercise daily as it increases the flow of blood to all parts of your body. You should try to be away from dehydration and so drink atleast eight glasses of liquid everyday. Do yoga to get a relief from stress.
