HairStyling Consultation Tips
One of the things you should do when you have a hair consultation is watch how the Stylist looks at you. Is the hairstylist studying your body type, your clothing, your movements? Is it almost as if he or she is looking for clues to your personality? Don't get unnerved. How else can the stylist suggest a look
hat works with your total package?
During a consultation, notice what kind of questions you are asked. Is the
stylist interested in finding out your hair history? Does he or she want to
know how much time you're willing to spend on home styling and salon
appointments? Does the stylist ask about your feelings on trends, lengths,
perms, layers, and so on? Now is not the time to be shy. You must tell this
stranger every boring detail about your hair - and your hopes for your hair.
If you think the stylist is taking off too much or cutting an angle too steply, say so immediately. Do not remain quite and then complain when the cut is over and the hair unfixable.
Visiting Hair Salon for hairstyle consultation
Start each visit by telling the stylist how the cut worked for you. How your hair is
behaving, what is driving you crazy about your hair. what you might want to keep
the same, and what you might want to change. If you've read anything about a new
hair service or hairstyle, ask about it. If you've been going to your hairdresser
for a while, he or she probably knows what you mean by take just a
little off. If your relationship is a young one. however, you may
need to physically show him or her how much you want off.
Don't get dressed up to visit the hairdresser: wear your regular clothes, shoes, and accessories. In order for your stylist to surest looks that will work with your lifeslyle, you must reveal what your lift - style looks like.
